Estimating

Estimating encompasses plan and spec bids, future budgeting and design build pricing.

Using the Wendes software program the estimating department provides accurate and consistent bid numbers.

Detailed reporting ensures proper add and deduct information as well as break out information as required

CAD

CAD designers are using (4) AutoCAD drawing stations utilizing the three dimensional InteliCAD program with direct CNC downloading to plasma table.

Fully coordinated three dimensional sheet metal drawings provide accuracy and productivity required by today's industry standards. (see also CAD page)

Field Installation

Two thirds of the companies employees are working in the field including Field Superintendents, Job Foremen and Installers.

The current scope of projects includes work in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Shop Fabrication

The shop crew integrates the latest industry technologies including a coil line, CAM driven liner cutter and plasma table to handle high levels of production with the experience and knowledge to build custom fittings as required.

Specializing in producing high volumes of galvanized duct, the shop also provides industrial welded products such as black iron grease exhaust systems, stainless steel corrosive exhaust systems and PCD underground duct systems. (see also Facilities page)

We also fabricate sheet metal fittings of all types for installation only firms. We are very competitive in this market and can deliver directly to job sites in a fully enclosed truck.

Safety

Full time commitment to safety in the field and in the shop. Maintaining high safety standards is a full time job and lends to a healthier more productive work force. The companies superior safety record also helps produce a lower experience modifier.
